Our fabrication workshops of 2500m2 have excellent road access to the U.K. as well as close proximity to the UKs busiest port of Felixstowe. They are served with overhead cranes and an under hook clearance of 12.5m allowing the efficient manufacture of storage tanks and silos up to 375,000 Lt with the largest of diameters transportable by road.

Storage tanks and silos are designed and manufactured to B.S.2654, B.S.2594, B.S.799, A.P.I. 620 and current good engineering practice.
    Options include :-

Wind loading
Seismic loading
Jackets for heating and cooling
Electrical blankets or trace heating
Insulation and cladding - fitted at our works or on site
Atmospheric, pressure and vacuum conditions
Agitators for mixing and blending

The 3.5 acre site with hardstanding storage facilities gives us the ability to handle large contracts efficiently and allows our customers to plan their deliveries and installations.

Sinclair Stainless have access to specialised transport facilities and the experience to manage the delivery of the largest of vessels, for which even a short trip of a few kilometres can be a major undertaking.
Charting routes, temporarily removing obstacles such as overhead cables, street lighting and traffic signs, liasing with local authorities to arrange police escorts and the temporary closure of roads, we are able to organise the operation from start to finish.
